Wotta Mug production takes 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Shipping time is additional, so share your required date and delivery postcode before confirming an order.
When does production time start?
The production estimate starts after artwork approval. Time spent preparing files, adjusting the design and checking names comes before that. If several people need to approve a group design, include that time in your plan.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide. Include the destination postcode in your enquiry so delivery cost and expected transit can be considered with your order. A production estimate is not an arrival guarantee.
Can I order for a fixed event date?
Tell us the event date, whether the mugs need to arrive earlier for packing, and the number of mugs. Confirm feasibility before making commitments to guests or your team. Do not assume express shipping shortens the production stage.
What if I need a mug urgently?
Ask before ordering. The normal production estimate remains 7–10 business days after artwork approval; this website does not promise same-day or next-day production.
