The original photo from your phone is usually perfect — modern smartphone cameras produce more than enough resolution. Send the original, uncompressed file rather than a screenshot or forwarded image. We'll check quality before printing and let you know if there's an issue.
Can I have text and a photo together on the mug?
Absolutely. A name, a date, a quote — we can lay text over or alongside your photo as part of the design. Just tell us what you'd like when you enquire and we'll include it in the proof.
How long does a photo mug take?
Typically 3–7 working days from proof approval, plus shipping time to your location. If you need it for a specific date, tell us up front — we'll confirm whether we can meet your deadline.
