Approve Your Digital Proof
Before a single mug gets printed, you'll see exactly what it looks like. We send a digital proof — a mockup showing your design on the mug, with colours, layout, and text exactly as they'll appear when printed. You approve it. We print it. No surprises.

Printed & Delivered
Once you've approved the proof, we print. Every mug is sublimation printed at our Gold Coast studio — the design is fused into the ceramic surface, not applied as a sticker or transfer. Then it's packed carefully and shipped Australia-wide.

Why Sublimation Printing?
Most cheap custom mugs use a transfer or decal that sits on top of the surface. It looks fine at first — then it peels, fades, or chips after a few months in the dishwasher.
Sublimation is different. The design is transferred using heat and pressure so the ink bonds with the ceramic surface itself — not a sticker, not a decal. You get a vivid, full-colour print that's dishwasher safe and built to last.

Artwork & File Guide

Vector files — AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. These scale perfectly to any size without quality loss.
High-res PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or higher. Photos work great for photo mugs — just send the original.
Send what you have and we'll tell you if it'll work. We can often prep artwork from a website URL, business card scan, or letterhead.
