Ordering & Pricing

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    No minimum. We print single mugs and bulk orders of hundreds — every order gets the same care and quality. Whether you need one personalised gift or 200 branded mugs for a corporate event, the process is the same.

  • How do I get a price?

    Fill in the quote form and we'll get back to you within one business day with pricing and a timeline. Pricing depends on quantity, mug type, and complexity of the design. Larger orders get better per-unit pricing — just ask.

  • Can I get individual pricing for each mug in a bulk order?

    Yes — we can individually personalise each mug in a bulk order (e.g., different names, photos, or designs per person). This is common for wedding mugs, bridal party gifts, sports team mugs, and corporate gifts. Just tell us the details when you enquire and we'll work out what's involved.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

    Yes. Per-unit pricing decreases with quantity. Mention your approximate quantity when you enquire and we'll include bulk pricing in your quote.

Artwork & Design

  • What file formats do you accept?

    Vector files are preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) — they scale perfectly to any size. High-res PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or higher are also accepted. For photo mugs, just send your original photo. Not sure if your file will work? Send it and we'll advise — we'd rather help than have you give up before trying.

  • I don't have a logo file. Can you still help?

    Often, yes. We can frequently prepare artwork from a website URL, a business card scan, or a photo of your letterhead. Send us what you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work — and what it'll cost to fix if not.

  • What if I don't have any design at all?

    That's fine — it happens a lot. Tell us what you're after (occasion, names, vibe, colours) and we'll help you work out a design. It's part of the service. We're good at helping people get from "I have an idea" to "that's exactly what I wanted."

  • Can I put a photo on a mug?

    Absolutely — that's one of our most popular options. Send your photo as large and high-res as possible (original from your phone is usually fine). We'll check image quality and advise before printing. See our photo mugs page for ideas.

Printing & Quality

  • What is sublimation printing?

    Sublimation is a printing process that uses heat and pressure to bond ink directly into the ceramic surface of the mug — the design becomes part of the mug, not a coating on top. This gives you vivid, full-colour results that won't peel, fade, or chip off. See our How It Works page for more detail.

  • Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

    Yes. Because the design is fused into the surface (not applied as a sticker or transfer), it's dishwasher safe and built to last. We do suggest avoiding abrasive scrubbing pads on the printed area, but normal dishwasher use is absolutely fine.

  • Will I see a proof before printing?

    Always. Before a single mug is printed, you'll receive a digital proof showing exactly how your design will look on the mug. We don't print until you've approved it. This applies to single mugs and bulk orders equally.

  • Can the design go all the way around the mug?

    Yes — sublimation supports full-wrap printing. The design can cover the entire surface of the mug, including all the way around, right up to the handle. This is popular for photo collages, landscape designs, and full-colour brand wraps.
